Registration Fees:

Registration Fees for the Conference are:

Delegates booking before 1 April – £ 1450
Delegates booking after 1 April – £ 1600
Partner Fee £ 350 (whenever booked)

Registration fees do not include accommodation or transfers to and from the hotel.

Online registration and fee payment:

This website will let you register and pay through a secure payment gateway.

Once you have completed your registration requirements, you will be passed through to the payment gateway. You will receive a confirmation of registration and payment.

Participants must bring this confirmation email to the registration desk in Rome as proof of their registration.

Please Note: We do not store any credit card information on this website.

Cancellations and Refunds:

On or before February 1, 2008, delegate and partner registrations are refundable minus a 25% administration fee.

Between February 1 and April 1, fees are refundable minus a 50% administration fee.

After April 1, fees are not refundable.

Refunds are paid following the conference.

Notification of cancellation must be via email to support@ifhpconference.com

 

Other Payment Methods:

Once you have completed your registration requirement pages on this website, you will be passed to a secure payment site hosted by HSBC in the UK.

If you do not want to pay via this gateway, then tick the "Manual payment" box on the registration site. 

Please contact support@ifhpconference.com and we will provide you will information on how to pay manually.

You will not be fully registered for the conference until we have received your payment.

Accommodation:

We have negotiated room rates at the Rome Cavalieri Hilton for the conference - http://www.cavalieri-hilton.it/new/uk/index.htm.

The accommodation costs are single occupancy € 280, double occupancy € 320 per night, this is inclusive of continental breakfast served in private banquet room but exclusive of VAT 10%. 

The room will be booked on your behalf as part of the registration process on ths website. The cost (total nights plus extras) will be invoiced to you by the hotel when you check out.

There are no options on room type.

Please Note: After April 1, 2008 all cancellations, reductions of nights and no shows will be charged full stay by the hotel. All changes and cancellations should be notified by email to support@ifhpconference.com and not directly to the hotel.

Transfers:

We can arrange arrival and departure transfers between the Rome airports and your hotel.

You can request a transfer as part of the registration process. The cost of this will be €85 each way (per car) and you will need to pay this amount once in Rome.

Cancellations to this after April 1, will be charged to your account.

Dress Code

Conference sessions - at your discretion.

Gala dinner - jacket and tie recommended. Ladies should remember that dinner will be served on an outside terrace, weather permitting.
